Changed your mind? You have 14 days to pop it back to us for an exchange or refund.

We kindly ask that the item is returned to us in its original condition including labels intact. We would also like you to include the receipt upon your return as proof of the date of purchase.

Goods returned outside of the above time frames will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

FAULTY GOODS - Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. You will be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please note that items that are damaged through wear and tear will not be considered faulty. 

Please note that all returns should be returned back to Renaissance with signed for delivery.

EXCHANGE - If you are wanting to exchange your item please call the store on 01892 513377 to ensure that we have the item you wish to exchange in stock. We are a small Boutique so stock flies out the door quickly!
